Membership

Membership in is open to anyone interested in tracking. To be considered for membership in the Lenape Tracking Club of Central New Jersey, the membership application must be signed by two members in good standing.  Attendance at two club functions is required so that we may get to know you, for you to obtain the necessary signatures, and pay the required dues. Names of applicants are published in the quarterly newsletter, “Common Scents”, and if there are no objections within 4 weeks, the applicant becomes a member.

Membership runs from January to December each year. Annual dues are payable beginning in December of each year. A membership will be considered as lapsed and automatically terminated if such member’s dues remain unpaid ninety (90) days after the first day of the fiscal year (January 1.)

Worker Credit

AKC allows Clubs offering Tracking Tests to reserve test slots for working club members. Lenape Tracking Club policy requires that someone must work at four events over a two-year period to be categorized as a working member and to be eligible for worker credits.
